Where it is

The cottage is on the Isle of Bute, close to Rothesay and the coast. Rothesay's ferry pier, shops, restaurants and seafront are within easy reach, while the island's beaches, walking routes and villages are a short drive or bus ride away.

A car is useful for exploring the wider island, but you can also get around by bus and bike. The Wemyss Bay ferry connects Rothesay to the mainland rail network, making a car-free stay practical.

A second upstairs room is set up as a twin under the same coastal mural, making the cottage a comfortable fit for four.

What to expect
