What to expect

Highlander House offers a traditional B&B experience: a comfortable room, a cooked or continental breakfast, and local advice from your hosts. It is a personal, low-fuss option that suits couples, solo travellers and small groups.

Expect a friendly guest-house atmosphere rather than hotel-style facilities. Book early for summer weekends, Highland Games and festival dates, when Rothesay's central accommodation fills quickly.
